After radiation (20 min.)´ upon the head, blood sugar was determined with following-interval ust before and . after, and after 20, 40, 60, 120 minutes. Three types of blood sugar level are seen in, this experiment. Blood sugar is increased after radiation ´and returned within 120 min-the type I, blood sugar is shown, no changes or slight variation-the type II, and blood sugar is decreased and . returned within 120 min-type III. The opposite sequence of blood sugar level between type I and type III is particulary noticeable. The details of 16 cases are as followings; The women who have normal sex cycle showed the change of -type I, however those who have abnormal sex cycle, such like amenorrhea, oligmenorrhea brain tumor and metropathia, showed the change-of type III. As a supplemental diagnostic measure, it is felt that this function test is worthy. to determine whether the origin of amenorrhea, metropathia and etc: is central or peripheral.
